Zephyr Dance Troupe Artistic Director / Chairman

Zephyr Dance Troupe founded by Mr To and other committees in 1980. At the same year, he joined South East Asia Dance Troupe where he was appointed Deputy Troupe Master five years later. He was responsible for training new members and choreography. He assisted in the choreography and rehearsals of the Company's productions - The Story of Zhou Xuan, Suppressed Romance, Temptation of a Monk, The Possessed, Tales of the Walled City (Re-run), Such ness. In 1998, TO was appointed to be a member of the standing committee of Association of Hong Kong Dance Organisations. To was also the vice-president for the organization of 1999 and 2002 large events.

In 1999, TO got the qualification of Teachers of Dancing from Beijing Dance Academy - Graded Examination on Chinese Dance. In 2001, he went to Beijing Dance Academy further study for the enhancement of Choreography.

Currently, TO is appointed one of the examiners of The Hong Kong Arts Development Council, Deputy Director of Association of Hong Kong Dance Organisations and the assessor / advisor of The Hong Kong Dance Sector Joint Conference.
